Privacy Laws. We understand and respect our customers' right to privacy.
When you contact us by mail, email, phone, fax, in person, website etc.
any information you give us is kept strictly confidential and is not used
for any purpose other than for helping you buy the insurance plan through
us. After you have purchased the insurance through us, the information
that you provided to us may be used for customer service through us, through
the insurance carriers, through the service providers, and through the
underwriters. Your information will only be used for the purposes of responding
to and processing your requests for insurance and financial services.
However, it may be used by us to call/email/mail/fax you for follow-up,
expiration notices, renewal notices, plan updates and periodic customer
contact, such as birthday card or Christmas card mailings.
